Phylosophy
I believe that with the right support children can access the wisdom within. I work at their pace and support them by building a trusting therapeutic relationship where they can safely explore what they need to process. My aim is to help them develop a strong sense of self as a prerequisite for expressing buried emotions. I believe that play, art, creativity and symbols enable children to explore and make sense of their experiences.

Supervision
As a trainee Clinical Supervisor of Play and Creative Arts Therapists (PTUK) I understand supervision as a shared journey in which I attend to the practitioner's clients, the therapeutic relationship and the wider systemic and ecological context. In doing so, I am committed to improving the quality of their work, supporting the client relationship and continually developing the therapist self, their practice and the wider profession. I trust that the most unconditional acceptance in the supervisor/therapist relationship will promote the most unconditional acceptance of the therapist with their clients.
